Caserne Lympia, Port of Nice The vaulted ramparts of this building once formed the jetty of the old harbour and housed the prisoners whose hard labour built the port.

The little that remains of the building (dating from 1760) is incorporated into an ugly block of more recent constructions but nevertheless dominates the port. This study proposed an alternative site plan which preserves the Caserne and promoting a new use for the building. I Church I Gairaut I
