The planning laws controlling construction within the town include a complicated residential zone (UCD2) close to the centre. The rules governing this zone were to be updated and simplified. My intervention (via Semitrop) involved an urban analysis accompanied by a series of propositions adressing the problems of land use, circulation and future construction within a residential zone comprised mainly of detached houses with gardens. |
