Valbonne Sophia Antipolis (Alpes-Maritimes). The landscape around medieval Valbonne has been recently built up and olive groves and vine fields abandoned. The creation of Sophia Antipolis transformed Valbonne into the home of an international technopole. But the Municipality hopes to preserve the natural environment as far as possible. This study produced a programme of actions destined to protect and promote the landscape heritage of Valbonne.
